These terms cover the Leaseful website at leaseful.ai. By using the site you agree to them. They are short because the site is simple: it describes the product and lets you request early access.

Not legal advice

Nothing on this website is legal advice, and reading it does not create an attorney-client or advisory relationship. Leaseful, the product, extracts and verifies what is in the documents you give it; decisions about a lease should be made with qualified counsel where they matter.

Demonstration figures

The screenshots and figures on this site come from a demonstration portfolio assembled to show how the product works. Dollar amounts, tenant names, findings, and dates shown there are illustrative and are not a promise of what the product will find in any particular lease.

Early access requests

Submitting the early-access form is a request, not a purchase or a contract. Spots are limited and we may not be able to offer access to everyone who asks. Use of the product itself, once granted, is governed by its own agreement.

Our content

The Leaseful name, logo, and the content of this site belong to us. You are welcome to link to the site and to quote it with attribution; please do not copy it wholesale or pass it off as your own.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we make no warranty that it is error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on its contents.
